Founded in 2011, it is a subsidiary of CyberAgent, known for advertising and game development in Japan, with its main business in social games and consumer game software development.
In particular, Rage of Bahamut, as a social card game, has been a global hit, making Cygames' name recognized not only in Japan but around the world. In addition to game production, it also works on anime production, console game development, and trading game development, with a wide range of game genres released, including action, training, RPG, and simulation.
