Established in 1982, it operated from the dawn of the home gaming console era, handling planning, development, porting, and sales of video games, with online game server management being its main business in modern times.

Although it had fewer in-house developed titles, it received many development requests from major game makers, involving in porting “Gradius” and developing the “GUILTY GEAR XX” series.

With the rise of smartphone apps, it also engaged in their operation, but gradually downsized its business and accepted bankruptcy proceedings in 2021.
