Tozai Games is a company founded by Scott Tsumura-San, who was involved in the development of the Famicom version of Spelunker.
Established in 2011. The company's philosophy is “to provide a lasting gaming experience to passionate gamers worldwide, from yesterday's classic games to tomorrow's original IPs.”
Scott Tsumura-San supports Tozai Games as an executive producer, releasing Spelunker on various platforms so it can be played today, as well as releasing the latest games for smartphones.
