Tozai Games is a company founded by Scott Tsumura-San, who was involved in the development of the Famicom version of Spelunker.
Established in 2011. The company's philosophy is âto provide a lasting gaming experience to passionate gamers worldwide, from yesterday's classic games to tomorrow's original IPs.â
