Media Kite faced a major turning point in 2007. In July of that year, it changed its name to CIS Corporation and transferred part of its operations to a related company, but the following month, the Tokyo District Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings.The total debt amounted to approximately 2.636 billion yen, marking the end of its long-standing presence in the gaming industry.
