ATLUS is a company primarily engaged in manufacturing and selling computer and console games.

Founded in 1986, they initially did a lot of subcontracting for Namco, developing Famicom software.
Starting around 1989, they began to create their own software and gradually gained recognition as a software development company.

They are also particularly famous for co-developing with Sega the print sticker machine “Print Club,” which caused a big boom in Japan in the past.
Known affectionately as “Purikura,” it could be considered the origin of the beloved print stickers that are still popular today, and it was a major hit as a groundbreaking product.
