The curtain rises on the story with a young girl's voice echoing in the silence. Upon waking, the protagonist—Yuto Morizuki—finds his memories lost and himself standing in an unfamiliar town. He is guided by a girl named Satori Mizuki, who possesses the power to read the hearts of others. In this town, “Reima”—beings like the shadows of human hearts given form—infest daily life, and the two must stand against the cause. These two individuals harboring supernatural abilities challenge mysterious incidents while connecting their hearts—this dense drama is the core of this work.

The town that serves as the setting is somewhat nostalgic yet fantastical. Every time the veil of night falls, the boundary between reality and the otherworld begins to waver. Light falling under the eaves of wooden houses, the faintly hazy moonlight, and back alleys where the presence of Reima lingers—each background overflows with a sense of life, as if breathing. True to the “Japanese folklore fantasy” genre, the world-building is meticulously detailed, possessing a presence beyond a mere stage and quietly drawing the player's emotions into the story.

Originally released on Steam, this title gained support as a “voiceless story” that stimulated the player's imagination. However, due to requests from players and the enthusiasm of the staff, a full-voice version has finally been realized for the Switch. Led by Ikumi Hasegawa as Satori, talented voice actors such as Emi Hirayama, Ai Kayano, Ayaka Fukuhara, and Rika Abe breathe life into the characters. With the addition of voices, weight is given to every line of dialogue, making the characters' breathing feel more realistic.

As a special bonus exclusive to the Switch version, epilogue scenarios prepared for each of the five heroines are included. These depict the daily life that follows after the end of the main story; there are no incidents or battles, only the quiet flow of emotional exchange. A moment of peace, slightly bashful conversations, and the moment hands gently overlap. These are a reward for players who have raced through the story, providing content that further deepens understanding and attachment to the characters.

There is also a drama within the development history of this work. Despite having plans to include voices from the beginning, the background reveals that they were forced to abandon the idea due to budget and production system issues. However, given the strong voices of expectation from players and the popularity of the ASMR voice dramas, the decision for full-voice implementation was made as something that “must be done,” showing the sincere attitude of the production team toward the game. As a result, the completed Switch version has become a work where the “power of words” resides throughout the entire story.
