ARTDINK is a long-established game maker active since the PC game development era.
Established in 1986, they developed and released many games for PCs soon after their establishment.
Around 1993, they began developing games for home consoles, focusing on simulation games, a genre different from other game companies. Particularly famous is the 'A-Train' series, the world's first railway game for PCs, still a beloved train driving simulation game.
Now, they mainly work as developers rather than focusing on self-publishing, often developing anime and manga character games under contract from Bandai Namco.

The 'A-Train' series developed by ARTDINK is quite famous. Not just as a train game, but also as a sandbox game where you can freely create cityscapes, which is great!
