Established in 1981.
Established jointly with Kodansha Ltd., a major Japanese publishing house.
They operated as a comprehensive publishing company for digital media, not just limited to print media.
Focused on language learning, they also developed digital media publications for business etiquette, children's education, and games, pioneering the field.
As the publishing business stabilized, the game development business gradually declined.
In 2017, they expanded their business through mergers and acquisitions with other companies, now operating as Ask Publishing.
