ACQUIRE is a game developer based in Akihabara, Japan.

Established in 1994, while not having a long history, it is famous for creating highly unique games and its involvement in development.

Known for its humorous and bizarre creativity, it has developed numerous period drama 3D action game series, as well as a variety of fantasy titles.

Since February 2024, it has been operating as a consolidated subsidiary of KADOKAWA, but it has announced it will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
