●What is K. Amusement Lising?
K. Amusement Lising was a game developer that no longer exists.
It was founded in 1972. Initially, it was not a game development company but a food supply specialist.
In 1983, when the company changed its name to K. Amusement Lising, it began shifting from food supply to amusement equipment sales and arcade business.
In 1986, the company ventured into game development and began porting SNK arcade games to home consoles.
Around 1989, they started releasing their own developed games. However, the company was severely affected by the bursting of the economic bubble and went bankrupt in 1997.

Their history is impressive. From a food supply specialist to the arcade business, and then to game software porting and development.
That’s right. But they were heavily impacted by the large-scale stock and real estate market crash around 1991 to 1993, leading to their bankruptcy. Many companies were affected by the bursting of the bubble, and unfortunately, K. Amusement Lising was one of them.
Loads of Classic Arcade Game Ports!
