●What is SUNSOFT?
SUNSOFT is a long-established game maker with over 40 years of history.
Established in 1987.
Their game genres are diverse, ranging from action, puzzle, to RPG, continuously releasing games since the early days of video game history.
They have released many self-developed games, and also handled porting games from other companies.
From the early to mid-period of their establishment, they released numerous games, but during the mid-period, their business strategy changed, leading to many employees leaving due to disagreement with the new direction.
Subsequently, their activities gradually diminished, but in 2022, a change in management sparked a decision to make a comeback.
Now, they are developing a variety of games similar to their early days, providing retro games to modern gamers.
They once significantly downsized, but recently changed their business strategy and are active again. That's great! I want to support them!
